Refund and Returns Policy
Atom Technologies works hard to offer our clients exceptional support as well as fair return services. We provide a 30-day product guarantee in order to make sure that our clients are happy with the product(s) they buy. Atom Technologies will give fresh, unused products a full refund within 30 days after delivery, less shipping charges. To get permission to return any item, send us an email at Contact@atomtechnologies.shop before doing so.
If Atom Technologies makes a shipping error, it will cover the cost of returning any wrong or damaged goods. Customers should anticipate getting their refunds in two to four weeks. This estimate takes into account processing of refunds, authorisation checks, and shipping times for returning items to our firm. Only the original mode of payment can be used to give refunds. Atom Technologies will cover the cost of the wrong item’s return shipping and will send the proper item to the client through upgraded shipping if they get an inaccurate or faulty item as a result of our error and request a replacement. Cancellation of subscriptions must be made 30 days in advance.
To ensure the product hasn’t been activated or tampered with before electronic transfer, Atom Technologies will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification. Atom Technologies will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price using the original payment method after this verification procedure is finished and the product has passed.
Open Licence – Atom Technologies reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on orders for Open Licence that have already been distributed or delivered. Retail Licences – Atom Technologies has the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on completed retail orders. On orders for Anti-Virus that have already been delivered, Anti-Virus -Atom Technologies may impose a 25% restocking fee.
Office 365 from Microsoft is non-refundable! We cannot issue a refund for any Office 365 purchases since we cannot mail these keys back to Microsoft. requires a 30-day cancellation notice. SHIPPING Almost any address in the globe may be sent to by us. Be aware that some items are subject to limitations, and some products cannot be sent to foreign countries. The expected delivery time for a purchase placed online or through our customer service department depends on a number of variables, including the location, the shipping method, and the time the order was placed. Most goods are shipped the same day. For each shipping option, the following processing and delivery times are approximations:

AUTOMATICAL DELIVERY You will get the necessary product/license key by email the same day your order is completed if you purchase your product(s) and it specifies that they may be downloaded electronically.
